### **Proof of Contribution**

**Proof of Contribution** aims to solve the problem of token distribution. The idea is that reputation, contribution, and impact matters. Contribution should be rewarded while growing the token and app.

Fishing Frenzy, Karma and $FISH is the first application of Proof of Contribution.

* Fishing Frenzy is a cozy mobile fishing RPG with 10mil lifetime installs, 25k DAU, 1mil USD revenue, 2.5mil onchain volume generated through onchain assets.
* Karma is a reputation score that measures contribution, and is based on onchain and offchain actions such as staking, spending, referring, playing, and more.
* $FISH is an ERC20-C token which will adopt Proof of Contribution and has utility in Fishing Frenzy.

### $FISH and Karma

**$FISH** is not your typical gaming token. It's a reputation token that is innovating in a few areas:

* **ERC20-C app tokens:** FISH is an apptoken which grants more flexibility in design and distribution. For example, $xFISH will be issued as a spend-only reward to attract new users.
* **Karma rewards:** Rewards will accrue to those with high Karma. Staking will be valued but is not the only way to get rewards.
* **FDV-based unlocks:** 100% of the team allocation and 50% of the initial airdrop is unlocked based FDV milestones, to align incentives towards growth.

**Why hold and stake $FISH?**

* Support the change you want to see in token incentives and crypto gaming
* Gain a substantial amount of Karma to receive:
 * Revenue share from game
 * Fee sharing from player withdrawals
 * Bonus content and rewards in the game
 * Future airdrops & offers
