This is the final phase before we introduce a token and Proof of Contribution to Fishing Frenzy.
Participants in the Ignition Phase will be assigned an Ignition Score which gives an allocation of future rewards
What is Ignition Score?
The Ignition Score showcases each player’s Proof of Contribution within the Fishing Frenzy ecosystem during the Ignition Phase.
It is calculated based on in-game and out-of-game actions, evaluating overall participation and impact on the ecosystem. Goal is for them to be updated weekly.
Factors Influencing your Ignition Score may include:
Playing the game
Competing in leaderboards
Making in-game purchases
Holding and buying ecosystem NFT assets
Inviting new players
Creating content
Positive contributions in community
Etc
Ignition scores are dynamic. Formulas are not public and are subject to change. Factors listed above are examples only and may not be comprehensive.
Why Ignition Score?
Fishing Frenzy is moving towards a Proof of Contribution system where reputation and Karma matters.
We believe the best crypto apps are those which can efficiently allocate incentives to missionaries rather than mercenaries.
Ignition Score is our first trial run of this system prior to TGE, and will allow us to monitor player behaviour in the absence of explicit incentives, while rewarding behaviours we consider valuable to the games success.

Question 1: How long will ignition Phase last?
There isn’t a fixed time period for the Ignition Phase. It will end when the team is confident about introducing the token into the game ecosystem.
Question 2: What do I need to do to gain Ignition Score?
Our goal is to identify and reward valuable contribution, so we will aim to identify and assign scoring to all actions that are valuable for the Fishing Frenzy community.
There will be no explicit breakdown of scoring or formulas, as we want to observe organic rather than incentivised player behaviours.
Some things that may be considered as contribution include:
Playing the game
Competing in leaderboards
Making in-game purchases
Holding and buying ecosystem NFT assets
Inviting new players
Creating content

The exact formulas may be fine tuned and adjusted during the season. Factors listed above are examples only and may not be comprehensive. Only actions done during the Ignition phase will contribute towards your score.
Question 3: What happens to my Ignition Score when the phase ends?
Your score will be wiped and converted into a reward allocation after TGE.
Question 4: Does Ignition score affect previous rewards?
No, Ignition phase will have independent rewards from previous reward allocations.
Question 5: Can my Ignition score go down?
Yes, we look at a variety of onchain and in-game actions including buying, selling, and holding assets. Some actions may be considered negative for the game economy and result in Ignition Score going down (and the opposite may be considered beneficial and result in Ignition Score going up).
